Be responsible for teaching, doing research and transferring technology in terms of agriculture.

Hold training courses on fruit production (fruits having segments, durians, mangoes, etc.); food crops (rice, corns); industrial plants (coconuts, cocoas, peanuts, etc.); vegetables (vegetables for leaf consumption, water-melons, red pumpkins, etc.);food safety production methods– VietGap (safe vegetables, rice under VietGap standard, safe rice and organic rice);climate change adaption methods (apply a method watering small drops in water-melon and red pumpkin cultivation); raise market competition ability and value chains for the community, Decree 151.

Matching production with training to upgrade staff and students’ profession:

·  Produce short plant crops to meet the community’s needs, scale of 100,000 plants/month.

· Produce jack-fruit trees.

·  Work with the community to produce safe vegetables.

·  Produce rice, rice seeds, short plant crops, etc.

Technology transfer consultancy:

·  Work on procedures issuing certificates on safe vegetables and rice under the standard VietGap.

·  Build saving water systems.

·  Design net houses to nurse saplings.

Facilities like laboratory and experimental farm, including:

·  04 net houses, 01 shading net house, 02 working rooms, 01 theory and practice room.

·  A 4,000 m2 net house to serve production, practice teaching hours, research, testing safe vegetables.

·  A 5 ha experimental area.

· Tissue culture to serve production of bonsai, short plant crops and fruits (take advantage of funding aids)
