Faculty Office

The Faculty Office was established upon the Decision 280/QĐ-ĐHTV on November 20, 2006 by the Rector of Tra Vinh University and it has the following functions and responsibilities: 

Consult with the Dean about activities and information in and out of the faculty; play the role of linking all the departments in the faculty and other schools at the University.

 Do clerical work relevant to training curricula,  lecturers’teaching schedulesand students’ study plans supervised by the faculty.

Monitor students, grades, grades on attitudes towards campus activities, faculty students’ scholarships.

Be responsible for students’ paper work on retaking courses and examinations.

Address students’ requests on personal information, academic status, transcripts, grades, etc.

Monitor teachers’ teaching record manuals and hours for practice.

Update the faculty personel’s profiles, application forms, make contracts and payments.

Monitor merit records.

Monitor the faculty budget plan.
