On June 20, 2016, Dr. Nguyen Duc Tri, Director of Institute of Tourism – UEH had a meeting about cooperating with the School of Agriculture and Aquaculture. Dr. Lam Thai Hung, Acting Dean welcomed him and his delegation.
Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Nguyen Duc Tri expressed his purpose of seeking cooperation with the School of Agriculture and Aquaculture on experimental research into some plants for medical purposes to cure some animals’ diseases, especially seeking cures for pets in Holland.
In addition, Dr. Nguyen Duc Tri showed his concern about cooperation with Tra Vinh University (TVU) to learn more about southern Khmer culture so as to offer future tourism training.

Dr. Lam Thai Hung expressed his thanks for and warmly welcomed this cooperation. He appreciated the outcomes of the meeting which will encourage further cooperation and upcoming contracts.
During the trip, the delegation made a visit to laboratories and experimental fields at the School of Agriculture and Aquaculture.
